2. Main website
The marketing site publishes information and directs users to Telegram or Tbase Charts. It has no contact form, checkout or account registration. Hosting and security infrastructure may process IP address, request time, URL, user agent and security events.
3. Telegram bot
Telegram provides the identifiers and message data available to the platform. The bot may use them for product selection, support, access delivery and account matching. Data is processed only to the extent and for the time required to answer, provide access, maintain security and meet the operator's legal obligations.
4. T_Base education platform
The platform processes account data, exact video grants, authorised devices, active sessions, progress, tests and notes, plus access and security logs. Every user-facing video query requires an active user, active video and active grant.
5. Free Tbase Charts account
Tbase Charts registration uses a username and password without email. After successful account creation, the user is signed in automatically and taken to the analytics interface. Passwords, session data and access logs are processed by the Tbase Charts infrastructure rather than the marketing website.
6. Bitunix Terminal
The desktop app may process local settings, workspaces and Bitunix API data entered by the user. The marketing site and Tbase Charts must not receive private keys or trading commands. Local storage and telemetry require a separate technical review.
7. Technical and security logs
Login events, access changes, devices, IP addresses, timestamps and security checks may be logged. Passwords, API secrets, HMAC material, signatures and DRM tokens must never be logged.
8. Cookies, analytics and third parties
The website uses no optional cookies, advertising pixels or analytics trackers. Telegram, Tbase Charts, Kinescope, Bitunix, Binance and infrastructure providers have their own policies after a user leaves the main site.
9. Rights, retention and transfers
Users may request access, correction or deletion of their data and ask questions about processing at mail@tvoya-basa.com. Data is retained only as long as needed to provide access, support, security, dispute resolution and compliance with mandatory requirements of Albanian law.
